Two presentations by African People's Socialist Party Chairman Omali Yeshitela at the 10th commemorative session of the International Tribunal on Reparations for African People, held at Temple University in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania from November 9-11, 1991. In these presentations, Chairman Omali discusses the theoretical view and strategic approach of the African People's Socialist Party to the issue of reparations. He explains the historical and financial basis for the reparations demands and reviews the history of the reparations movement in the U.S.
